Cancellation Policy

When canceling with 7 days advance notice, we will refund your deposit less $50.00 dollars processing fee, per room, per night.  30 days advance notice is needed during Holidays, School Vacation, and Special Packages.

Guests arriving after or departing before dates reserved, or those who fail to show are responsible for the entire stay. There is NO Cancellation Policy for the period from September 1 thru October 31.

Non Smoking Policy:

Please note that The Beal House Restaurant & Inn is a Historic property that was built in 1833.  To protect & preserve this treasure we have a No Smoking and No Cooking policy.  Smoking, Cooking or Lighting of any type of candle is not allowed.  lf a guest violates this policy, an automatic minimum charge of $250 per incident will be added to their bill.
